i was informed by the city of vancouver that the bike lane on horny should be opened by the 6th of December.

- Nelson
- Smithe
- Robson
- Georgia
- Nov 29 and 30: Bike rack installation
- East side sidewalk Hornby from Smithe to Robson to be completed by Nov 30.
- Planting planter boxes from Nov 29 to Dec 3: Hornby – Smithe to Georgia
